Food Pantry Grant, OMSD School Choice Application, Q & A for future building project and Summer EBT.

Even if you live outside of our district, it's possible. Just complete the School Choice form

below and submit it to us by May 1, 2024.

Summer EBT benefits will come in the form of pre-loaded cards that families can use to purchase groceries. It unclear if you will receive a separate card for Summer EBT benefits or if it will be added to their existing EBT cards if you have one.
Only students who qualify for Free/Reduced lunch through National School Lunch Program based on income or who receive SNAP or TEA will receive benefits. Just because the whole school receives free/reduced lunch does not mean all students in the school will receive Summer EBT.

Below is a copy of the application and a link to it. Completed applications can be turned in at a local Department of Human Services (DHS) Office or emailed to SummerEBT@dhs.arkansas.gov.
