Eli's Law โ Notice of Intent to Destroy Audio Recordings
Pursuant to Arkansas Code ยง 6-21-122 (Eli's Law), Ozark Mountain School District provides notice of its intent to destroy audio recordings made pursuant to Eli's Law.

RECORDING RETENTION
Audio recordings from locker rooms and changing areas are retained for a minimum of 90 days and no longer than 12 months, unless they may be used as evidence concerning an allegation of wrongdoing.
๐ NOTICE REQUIREMENT
At least ten (10) days before an audio recording is destroyed, the district will post a notice of intent to destroy the recording on this website.
๐ก ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
Requests for audio recordings may only be made by a district/charter administrator or a parent, legal guardian, or person standing in loco parentis who presents an allegation of wrongdoing.
๐ EXCEPTIONS
Audio recordings will not be destroyed if they may be used as evidence concerning an allegation of wrongdoing.
